Setting and achieving bigger goals doesn’t have to feel like a daunting endeavor. Yet sometimes our fears keep us from ever pursuing a change in our lives. Accomplishing a a bigger goal can be more feasible when you frame it as a lifestyle change over time.

In this final Season 1 episode, I share my thoughts and experiences on working toward achieving bigger goals in midlife. I also talk about a couple of my own personal/professional goals I’ve been working on.

As we get older, going after bigger goals does feel harder because we tend to get more set in our ways. However, moving out of your comfort zone and proving to yourself that YES you can do this can be incredibly rewarding.

Check out this episode where I walk you through a process for how to frame, pursue, and accomplish your next big thing in midlife. Learn how to push through your personal fears and become more like the person you really want to be.
